Scheduling

Greenbrier Family Dental is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. We are open Friday by appointment only. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Drs. Adam and Laura Scott provide many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Our office requires 24 hours notice when rescheduling your appointment.  Failure to give adequate notice may result in an Appointment Cancellation Fee as stated in the Office Financial Policy that you will receive at your initial visit.  If you habitually fail to give adequate notice to reschedule an appointment or fail to show for an appointment, you may be dismissed from the practice.

Your appointment is time that we have reserved for you.  This policy enables us to respect your time as well as the time of others.
